Right to Information Act, 2005

The State Govt. has implemented the Right to Information Act, 2005 to provide the information to the public under this Act. Under this Act any type of information pertaining to respective Departments, can be obtained by any person. The person who intends to take desired information should apply on the prescribed format and deposit the prescribed fees. Accordingly, HPSSOPCA has also implemented this Act and appointed Public Information officer (PIO) and Assistant Public Information Officer (APIO) at State level and Zonal level / field level as per provisions of the said Act. The Notification in this regard was issued on dated 09-07-2021 (Annexure-13).
